Job summary

Manchester Metropolitan University is seeking an International Enquiries Coordinator to join the International Recruitment and Conversion team. The postholder will help achieve recruitment KPIs and support the conversion process for prospective students.

Key duties include managing enquiries from international students and stakeholders, enabling online and on-campus conversion activities, and producing insightful reports to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of and experience in international student recruitment is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with people from diverse cultures.
• Strong administrative, data management and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Experience providing information, advice and guidance, ideally within education or a similar customer-focused sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage international student and stakeholder enquiries.
• Support online and in-person conversion activities.
• Assist with targeted prospective student communications.
• Produce data and reports to inform recruitment and conversion strategies.
