Job summary

Manchester Metropolitan University International College, a new partnership between Navitas and Manchester Metropolitan University, is seeking a Student Recruitment & Conversion Manager in Manchester. You will help international students progress from enquiry to enrolment and build relationships with agents and university partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in international student recruitment and conversion strategies.
• Strong communicator and presenter with stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work across teams and functions and build relationships.
• Experience developing and delivering recruitment campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation and commercial decision making.
• Excellent organizational skills managing multiple priorities.
• Understanding of UKVI regulations and compliance.
• Experience in UK higher education or pathway provider environment.
• Budget management and ROI evaluation experience.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of international student recruitment strategy by developing campaigns.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and coordination with internal teams, agents and university partners.
• Optimize applicant experience from enquiry to enrolment and maximise enrolments.
• Contribute to pipeline growth and ensure a seamless conversion process.
