Job summary

Stride Resource Management Ltd. is seeking an Account Handler/Client Adviser to support a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, including renewals and mid-term adjustments, while expanding exposure to international risks.

Based in Newcastle and working with Account Executives, insurers and clients, you will ensure accurate administration, high-quality client servicing and consistent technical delivery across the policy cycle. The role offers long-term potential in a busy broking environment.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in commercial insurance and client servicing.
• Experience handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and insurer negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Support the servicing of commercial insurance clients across a range of sectors and risk profiles
• Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, new business support and general account administration
• Liaise with insurers to obtain terms, negotiate where appropriate and secure suitable cover
• Prepare client documentation and ensure records, systems and correspondence are accurate and up to date
• Work with Account Executives and senior colleagues to deliver a high standard of client service
• Assist with business that includes overseas or international elements, depending on experience
• Build a sound understanding of client needs and contribute to long-term account retention
