Redshore, a leading manufacturing firm based in Hinckley, England, is seeking an Internal Technical Sales Manager to provide pivotal support to sales and operations. You will help drive the quotation process, manage sales administration and liaise with production to ensure smooth order flow.

The role requires experience in sales administration within engineering/manufacturing and the ability to lead a small team, with strong CRM/ERP familiarity and excellent communication skills.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within this leading Hinckley based manufacturing company for an Internal Technical Sales Manager due to rapid expansion.

THE ROLE

Reporting directly into the Sales Director it is the role of the Internal Sales Manager to provide support to the sales and operations functions.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Sales Quotation process
• Managing Sales Administration
• Support the Sales process
• Liasing with the production team
• Updating and managing the CRM and ERP systems

THE PERSON

In order to succeed as the Internal Sales Manager you will need to have experience of high level sales administration ideally within an engineering, manufacturing or similar business, along with the ability to lead a small team. You will need experience of sales systems such as CRM and have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. This role will suit someone experienced within a non direct sales environment who has an excellent grasp of the sales process.
