Job summary

Rexel UK in Bangor is seeking an Internal Sales Person to manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets, delivering an excellent sales service. You will interact with customers by phone, face to face in branch, or email to drive loyalty.

You’ll manage a live portfolio, understand client requirements, build rapport, and grow your portfolio while supporting the Trade Counter and branch team.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets with excellent sales service
• Interact with key customers by phone, in-branch, and via email to drive loyalty and retention
• Be the first point of contact for key accounts, understand client requirements, build rapport, and grow the portfolio
• Support the wider branch team, including the Trade Counter, and assist with picking/packing to ensure timely orders
