Job summary

TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring in Glasgow is seeking an Internal Sales Assistant to join our friendly team. You will respond to customer enquiries, handle orders, and coordinate deliveries to ensure a seamless service.

You’ll work with internal teams, advise customers on suitable products, and strive for accuracy and timely communication. The role includes ongoing training, opportunities for growth, and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries with accurate, timely information
• Handle inbound sales and make outbound calls to both new and existing customers
• Process customer orders with 100% accuracy
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure customers receive the right products on time
• Process purchase orders and liaise with our logistics team to coordinate deliveries
• Advise customers on the most suitable products for their needs and specifications
