Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through to offer and onboarding.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning, advertise vacancies across channels including LinkedIn and job boards, source and shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process to ensure compliance and timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, ideally in-house or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Experience using LinkedIn, job boards and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
