Job summary

Vintage.com is seeking an Internal Logistics Assistant to help move stock from appraisals into the next stage of its journey. You will scan and decant boxes, move items along the conveyor line, and sort them into the correct categories to ensure fast, accurate flow through the breakdown process.

In this hands-on role, you’ll handle boxes, tubs, and stock daily, maintaining safety and cleanliness while contributing to meeting daily and weekly targets.

• Regular movement around the site and handling of boxes, tubs and stock.

Responsibilities

• Scan incoming boxes of appraised stock accurately so items can enter the breakdown process correctly.
• Decant stock safely and efficiently onto the conveyor line, preparing items for sorting.
• Move stock through the line at a consistent pace, balancing speed with care and accuracy.
• Sort items into the correct product categories and designated tubs for the next stage.
• Move full tubs, cages, boxes and other stock to the designated operational areas to keep stock flowing.
• Move empty cages, tubs and equipment to where needed to support processing.
• Handle a wide variety of pre-loved items with care and recognition of value.
