Wren Kitchens Limited in Barton-upon-Humber seeks a proactive Internal ISO Auditor to ensure compliance with management systems and drive continual improvement at our site. You will plan, conduct, and follow up internal audits Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:30, focusing on ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applicable ISO management system standards.
• Internal Auditor training or qualification relevant to ISO standards.
• Understanding of audit principles, evidence, non-conformity reporting and corrective actions.
• Experience with documented procedures, process controls and management system requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and audit report accuracy.
• Ability to work objectively, professionally and independently.

Responsabilités

• Plan, conduct, document and follow up internal audits to assess effectiveness and compliance with ISO standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify non-conformities, opportunities for improvement and risks to support continual improvement.
• Develop and maintain an internal audit schedule aligned with the audit programme and business risks.
• Prepare audit plans, checklists and supporting documentation based on ISO standards and processes.
• Review management system documentation, past audit reports and corrective actions before audits.
• Coordinate audit activities with department managers and process owners to minimise operational disruption.
• Ensure audits are conducted objectively and independently.
