Job summary

WCCTV, based in Rochdale, is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join our SHEQ team and support audits, documentation control and customer assurance activities. You will help maintain management systems and coordinate external and internal audits, contributing to continual ISO improvements.

The successful candidate will have experience in compliance or audit support, strong administrative skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, quality, governance, or audit support.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Exposure to ISO 9001 and related systems.
• Experience with audits or audit readiness.
• Familiarity with PQQs or customer assurance portals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain management systems documentation and records.
• Coordinate external audits and internal audits.
• Support audit readiness and documentation control.
• Assist in ISO continual improvement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the SHEQ team.
