Rolls-Royce is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to shape and deliver internal communications for the Engineering, Technology & Safety function in Derby or Bristol on a hybrid basis (3 days on site). This 1-year maternity cover role will lead campaigns and change communications, translating complex engineering topics into engaging stories that support Rolls-Royce’s transformation.
