Job summary

Buzz Bingo is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to shape how we connect with our colleagues across the business. Based in a hybrid role, you will lead strategy, storytelling and channel planning to bring our culture to life across 1,000+ colleagues.

You will design engaging content for emails, intranet and events, partner with Marketing, support change communications, and measure engagement to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in internal communications within a large organisation.
• Strong digital communications and channel management experience.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience supporting change communications.
• Event and engagement delivery experience.
• Confidence working cross-functionally and building strong relationships.
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on delivery mindset.
• Experience in CSR/ESG communications (a bonus).
• Background in leisure, retail, or hospitality (helpful, but not essential).

Internal Communications Manager

Location: Hybrid

Salary: Up to £52,500 depending on experience with discrentionary annual company bonus (based on compay performance)

We re looking for a creative Internal Communications Manager to help shape how we connect with our colleagues across the business.

Sitting within our small but mighty HR team, you ll take the lead in bringing our strategy, vision and culture to life through compelling storytelling and impactful communication.

This is your chance to influence how over a thousand colleagues experience Buzz Bingo making sure every message is clear, meaningful, and engaging.
