Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to develop clear, engaging internal communications that connect employees to business priorities, updates, leadership messages, and key initiatives. You will partner with business unit leaders and Corporate Communications colleagues to plan, write, edit, and distribute content across internal channels.

You will translate complex information into audience-focused plans, manage calendars and approvals, support measurement, and ensure adherence

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications or related field.
Strong writing, editing, proofreading and content planning skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Experience with internal communications and leadership messaging.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute communication plans that support business unit priorities, employee engagement, and leadership visibility.
Write, edit, and coordinate employee announcements, leader messages, and intranet content.
Translate complex business information into clear, concise communications for diverse audiences.
Coordinate reviews, approvals, distribution timing, and channel execution with stakeholders.
Maintain communication calendars and editorial plans to ensure coordination and visibility.
Support measurement by gathering feedback and reviewing engagement data to improve content and channels.
Apply Fortrea’s voice, tone, and editorial guidelines across communications; handle confidential information with discretion.
Role requires up to 10% travel (domestic/international).
