Job summary

Reuters is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Lead to develop and execute strategies that align with business goals. You will craft content for executive presentations, town halls, and digital channels while advising senior leaders and managing confidential information in a fast-paced setting.

Collaborating with HR and Thomson Reuters teams, you will drive cultural change initiatives and ensure high-quality messaging across all internal platforms.

Qualifications

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital content creation, internal communication platforms and channels, and social media.
• Video editing is a plus.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Experience with confidential information in fast-paced environments.
• Innovative thinker with a team-player attitude in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to craft effective change communications strategies and campaigns.
• Experience with AI-driven business change is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage internal communications channels and ensure high-quality materials and effective messaging.
• Create content for executive presentations, town halls, emails, and internal digital channels.
• Provide strategic counsel to executive leadership.
• Support cultural change initiatives and collaborate on business change programs.
• Deliver internal communications strategies supporting Reuters and its leadership team.
• Maintain knowledge of Reuters businesses and best practices.
• Communicate complex ideas across organizational levels.
• Negotiate solutions to ensure communications are strategic and engaging.
• Report to VP of Communications and collaborate with senior leaders.
