Job summary

Belfast City Council's Internal Communications Team within the External Affairs, Communications and Marketing Department is seeking a dedicated postholder for writing, editing and publishing internal news across channels. The role reports to the Senior Internal Communications Manager and supports delivery of the internal comms strategy as part of the Belfast Agenda and council activity.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and publish news and information for internal communications channels.
• Support delivery of an internal communications strategy with the Senior Internal Communications Manager.
• Be an ambassador for the Belfast City brand framework.
• Contribute to a corporate digital marketing strategy to support service delivery, Belfast Agenda, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications colleagues to plan and deliver campaigns.
