Job summary

Frontier is seeking an Internal Communications & Engagement Advisor to join the Studio Communications & Engagement team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will deliver internal communications, engagement activities and employee events across the studio, using feedback and data to improve programmes.

The role supports the Wellbeing and benefits initiatives and requires handling multiple platforms including Teams, intranet and email.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal communications or employee engagement.
• Ability to turn information into clear, engaging communications.
• Experience creating content for multiple audiences across channels.
• Strong digital skills and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Experience coordinating projects or events with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience supporting employee-led groups or communities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal communications and engagement campaigns across topics such as news, wellbeing, and benefits.
• Create, edit and publish content across Teams, intranet, email, video and digital signage.
• Coordinate employee social events and manage on-day delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet communication objectives and prioritise work.
• Maintain content plans, trackers, calendars and team resources.
