Job summary

The Perfume Shop is seeking an Internal Communications Apprentice to join our People Experience team in the UK. You will gain hands-on experience while studying towards a Level 4 PR & Communications Assistant Apprenticeship, creating content that informs, connects and celebrates our Perfume People.

You’ll work with the Internal Communications Manager to craft engaging updates, support campaigns, and help promote our culture across stores, head office and online channels.

Qualifications

• Strong storytelling and social media interest for internal comms.
• Clear, concise writing and ability to adapt content across channels.
• Creative mindset with interest in visuals, video or social media.
• Attention to detail and brand-aligned communications.
• Organised, able to manage priorities and embrace change.
• Genuine interest in a career in communications, PR or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create internal content: news stories, SharePoint articles and Viva Engage updates.
• Translate business updates and campaigns into clear communications.
• Tailor content for different audiences and channels across the business.
• Create social media content that showcases life at The Perfume Shop and attracts talent.
• Gather stories, photos and colleague highlights to bring our culture to life.
• Support planning and delivery of people-focused campaigns, events and engagement.
