Job summary

Indaver seeks a Communications Advisor to work with the UK team, visit sites in Essex and Cheshire, and support external and internal communications. You will own projects, shape messages, and coordinate events and community engagement across the UK network.

You will collaborate with international teams based in Belgium and Ireland, exchange ideas, monitor outcomes, and use modern digital tools to improve how we communicate with employees and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master in communications, marketing or journalism or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in communications with independence on projects.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own defined communication projects from start to finish with clear briefs and deadlines.
• Strengthen internal UK communications with Operations, HR, Safety and management.
• Build connections with surrounding communities through events and visits.
• Publish content across internal platforms, websites and social channels.
• Bring stories to life with presentations, photography and video.
• Offer practical communication advice to colleagues across the business.
• Monitor feedback and use analytics; apply digital tools to improve work.
• Take initiative and involve others when plans change.
