Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking an Internal Auditor on a 12-month FTC. The role involves delivering the internal audit plan across multiple sites, conducting audits remotely and on-site, and supporting governance, controls and compliance across the organisation.

You will work with operational and finance teams, travel regularly to sites, and develop broad understanding of how a major food manufacturer operates. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, accounting principles and governance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to travel regularly across assigned sites.

About the Role

As an Internal Auditor, you'll support the delivery of the internal audit plan across multiple business units, helping to ensure strong governance, effective controls, and compliance across the organisation.

You'll work closely with operational and finance teams, conducting audits both remotely and on-site, while developing a broad understanding of how a major food manufacturing business operates.

We're looking for someone who is curious, motivated and eager to develop a career in Internal Audit. While previous audit experience is beneficial, it isn't essential. What matters most is your professional qualification, analytical mindset and willingness to learn.

You’ll enjoy working across different sites and functions, building relationships and helping the business strengthen its controls and processes.
