NFU Mutual is launching a 3-year Internal Audit Scheme based in Stratford-upon-Avon with hybrid working. You’ll gain hands-on audit experience across NFU Mutual’s business areas, work toward a recognised internal audit qualification, and receive mentoring and ongoing development from day one.

Qualifications

• 2:2 degree in any subject.
• Strong communication and teamwork attributes.
• Willingness to learn and develop audit knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Shadow audits in first year and learn key audit stages.
• Support audits as knowledge grows and gain practical experience.
• Aim to lead audits from start to finish by year one.
• Develop stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
