Job summary

Citi is seeking a Testing Intermediate Analyst to contribute to UAT initiatives and product rollouts within a financial services environment. The role requires working with technology project managers, UAT professionals, and users to design and implement testing strategies and scripts.

You will perform QA testing, develop test plans and scripts with stakeholders, and coordinate multiple testers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in Testing within Financial Service industry
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
• Knowledge of Quality Process
• Knowledge of operating systems, languages and database tools
• Knowledge of defect tracking systems and processes; including change management
• Knowledge of automated regression testing tools
• Requires methodical approach to testing and problem solving
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Conducts initiatives related to UAT process and product rollout into production.
• Designs and implements scripts/plans for an application testing strategy/approach.
• Performs software quality assurance testing.
• Develops test plans, test cases and scripts with stakeholders.
• Executes test scripts; identifies defects and recommends actions.
• Coordinates multiple testers and testing activities within a project.
• Documents, evaluates and researches test results for replication.
• Implements process improvements to testing strategies.
• Interacts with development teams for clarification and results communication.
