Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with expertise in Power Distribution, Power Systems design, and LV, MV, and ELV systems to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have a minimum bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, with a strong background in data centre projects design.

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Electrical Engineer level, Senior or Principal level located in our London office (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).

Role responsibilities include:

• Lead and contribute to the design and development of electrical systems for data centre projects, including LV, MV, and ELV systems, UPS, generator designs, lighting, small power, fire alarm, and security systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through all design stages, from RIBA concept to Stage 5 client monitoring.
• Utilise software tools like Amtech, ETAP, EasyPower, AutoCAD, or Revit for accurate design solutions.
• Work independently and remotely, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Provide consultancy and site support, ensuring designs meet project requirements and standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to improve processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in data centre project design, especially MEP systems.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools.
• Previous consultancy or site experience is desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge and communication skills.
