We are looking for an experienced and driven Intermediate/Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in the building services design industry.

About the Role:
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality electrical systems for a range of exciting and complex projects, including commercial, residential, data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, and mission-critical environments. You will work closely with other engineers and clients, contributing to the successful completion of projects from concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage electrical systems for building services projects, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated and efficient design solutions.
• Take ownership of the design process, from initial concept through to final design and construction support.
• Interact directly with clients, providing professional advice and updates on project progress.
• Lead or support project meetings, ensuring project time lines and budgets are adhered to.
• Assist with mentoring and developing junior engineers within the team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in electrical design within the building services sector, with a focus on commercial, residential, data centre, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Dialux.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both within a team and directly with clients.
• Must be a British passport holder or have the right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
