You’ll work on commercial fit-outs, film/media facilities, student accommodations, and large mixed-use developments, with a hybrid, flexible working pattern and clear progression within a supportive team.

• Experience working within a Building Services consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on commercial fit-outs and workplace projects.
• Contribute to film and media production facilities projects.
• Engage in student accommodation developments and residential schemes.
• Participate in refurbishment and repositioning projects.
• Support complex mixed-use developments from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and other consultants to deliver projects.

Intermediate Electrical Engineer | £40,000 - £50,000 | Hybrid & Flexible Working

Are you an Electrical Engineer looking for more than just a design role?

Were working with a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy with over 100 engineers nationwide, offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects while gaining exposure from every angle of project delivery, including client-side, contractor-side and consultancy environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Intermediate Electrical Engineer who enjoys building relationships, takes a consultative approach with clients and wants to play an active role in project delivery rather than simply sitting behind a screen producing designs.

What You'll Be Working On

• Commercial fit-outs and workplace projects
• Film and media production facilities
• Student accommodation developments
• Residential schemes
• Refurbishment and repositioning projects
• Complex mixed-use developments
• Projects range from fast-paced CAT A & CAT B fit-outs through to large-scale developments for major private and public sector clients, giving you plenty of variety and opportunities to develop your technical and commercial skills.
