Plank Hardware is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Manager to own our organic social presence and influencer programme across the UK and USA. You will transform products into scroll-stopping, shoppable content that builds brand awareness, loyalty and measurable sales.

You will plan content with the Brand team, nurture creators, and drive traffic, revenue and growth in both markets through engaging, design-led content and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media and influencer marketing for a DTC interiors/home brand.
• Established network of interior creator contacts in UK/US.
• Track record of growing organic channels with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.
• Nurture a community of consumers, designers and dealers.
• Manage influencer strategy, outreach, briefs and payments.
