Scale Careers is seeking an Interiors Project Manager for a London-based, contract role with a globally recognised design studio. You will coordinate complex packages across retail, hospitality, public realm and urban design, acting as a key link between design teams, clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale, mixed-use, retail or urban projects.
• Strong coordination and leadership across multiple disciplines.
• Proven ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Understanding of design development and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage complex packages across architecture, interiors, landscape and external consultants.
• Lead project programmes, deliverables and team outputs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders with clear communication.
• Support translating concepts into deliverable, buildable project information.
• Manage project risks, resources and reporting to align with commercial objectives.
• Contribute to project strategy balancing design intent with commercial drivers.
