Job summary

Scale Careers is seeking an Interiors Project Manager to join its London team on an initial contract basis, with a focus on a complex international mixed-use project spanning retail, hospitality and urban design in the Middle East. The role requires coordinating design teams, clients and consultants across disciplines to deliver on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect / Interior Designer or experienced Architectural Project Manager.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex projects, ideally within mixed-use, retail, hospitality or urban environments.
• Strong background in project coordination and team leadership across multiple disciplines.
• Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Solid understanding of project delivery stages and construction processes.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
• Confident communicator, able to navigate both design-led and commercially driven conversations.
• Experience working within international or large studio environments advantageous.
• Available within 2 weeks or less

You will take responsibility for the coordination and day-to-day management of complex packages, acting as a key link between design teams, clients and consultants.

You will be:
