Job summary

MorePeople is seeking an Interior Landscaping Project Manager in South East London to lead client briefs from initial conversation through to planting installation and aftercare. You will manage enquiries, interpret briefs, and prepare costed proposals, coordinating plant orders and installation schedules while collaborating with the wider team to deliver premium plant services.

Qualifications

• Good foundation of plant knowledge and growing conditions.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret briefs and provide planting solutions.
• Excellent organisation and project coordination capability.
• Experience with proposals and costings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for commercial planting and maintenance enquiries.
• Speak with clients to understand space, requirements, style and budget.
• Interpret briefs and recommend plants, pots and planting solutions.
• Prepare costed proposals, spreadsheets and visual presentations.
• Coordinate plant procurement and installation schedules.
• Manage projects from proposal to installation and follow-up.
• Coordinate installation teams and keep clients updated.
• Build relationships with ongoing maintenance clients.
• Support other projects across retail, e-commerce and seasonal sides.
