The Role

As an experienced Interior Designer, you'll play a key role in the full design lifecycle, from initial concept to project completion. You'll be responsible for:

1. Developing innovative and practical space plans for commercial environments.
2. Creating detailed 2D planning drawings.
3. Producing high-quality 3D models and realistic visuals to communicate design concepts effectively.
4. Collaborating with our sales team to understand the client's needs and translating them into successful design solutions.
5. Working effectively within project timelines and budgets.
6. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
7. Liaising with multiple manufacturers, understanding, and utilising their product offerings.
8. Creating mood boards and product specification books.

About you

We are looking for a creative and highly skilled individual with:

1. A minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience in commercial interior design.
2. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for developing detailed designs and documentation.
3. Ability to use Adobe software, including Photoshop and InDesign, for presentations and visual communication.
4. Proven ability in effective space planning.
5. Strong capabilities in creating 3D models and high-quality visuals.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
7. A strong portfolio showcasing your commercial interior design experience.
8. (Desirable, but not essential) Experience with Twinmotion or Enscape for real-time rendering and immersive visuals.
