Job summary

Unfold Talent in London is seeking a Senior Pitch Designer to lead high-end workplace and office fit-out projects from brief to completion. This client-facing role requires taking ownership and collaborating with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver design solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio and deep experience in a Design & Build studio. You will mentor junior designers and help grow the studio as the project pipeline expands, with a clear path to more senior

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years experience in workplace/commercial interior design, including time in a Design & Build studio.
• Strong portfolio of built workplace projects across Cat A and/or Cat B fit-outs.
• Experience leading concept development, technical detailing and stakeholder presentations end to end.
• Confident working knowledge of Revit, plus CAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead design concept to technical delivery for workplace projects in a Design & Build environment.
• Take ownership of projects from brief to completion, coordinating with PMs, contractors and clients.
• Provide on-site resolution and ensure design intent is realized in construction.
• Mentor junior designers and support professional development as the pipeline grows.
• Present proposals and designs to stakeholders to secure buy-in and approvals.

Senior Pitch Designer | Workplace & Office Fit-Outs | Design & Build

London | £75,000–£95,000 DOE

We are working with a well established Design & Build studio in London, known for delivering high-end workplace and office fit-out projects who looking for a Senior Pitch Designer to join its growing team.

This is a senior, client facing role. You'll have led commercial workplace projects within a Design & Build environment before, from concept through technical delivery and on-site resolution, and you're ready to take full ownership of a project from brief to completion. You'll work closely with project managers, contractors and clients throughout.

There's a clear path to grow here too. You'll be expected to mentor junior designers as part of the role, and as the studio's project pipeline builds, so does the opportunity to move into a more senior position.

What you'll need
