Job summary

Summary

As a Interior Designer at Foster + Partners, you will play a key role in shaping exceptional, design-led environments from concept through to delivery. Working within multidisciplinary teams, you'll help develop innovative interior design solutions, create compelling design documentation and visualisations, and collaborate with colleagues and external partners to bring ambitious ideas to life. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of design packages, contribute to high-profile projects, and continue developing your skills in a creative, fast-paced studio environment.

This role is ideal if you want to:

• Work on high-profile design projects across a variety of sectors.
• Develop concepts through drawings, models, material and mood boards, and presentations.
• Collaborate with architects, designers and specialist consultants in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Take ownership of areas of project development and design coordination.
• Continue building your technical expertise, design knowledge and professional development.

What you will bring to the team:

• A recognised degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Strong design thinking with the ability to develop and confidently present design solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of materiality, finishes and FF&E.
• Proficiency in Revit, with experience using additional design tools such as Rhino, AutoCAD, Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign.
• The ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and inclusive ways of working.
