Corgan is seeking a dynamic Project Leader, Interior Design to join our Workplace Interiors studio in London. Collaborate with a team of creative and motivated professionals committed to excellence. Responsibilities

• Develop competitive fee structures based on project scope
• Establish and manage project schedules
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage client expectations effectively
• Lead and mentor project team members, leveraging their strengths and providing growth opportunities
• Facilitate open dialogue on design and technical ideas, promoting innovative solutions
• Motivate the team to meet project goals through encouragement and guidance
• Oversee selection of materials, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment
• Manage construction documentation and procedures during the building phase
• Present technical solutions to stakeholders
• Coordinate internal and external project stakeholders for cohesive teamwork
• Conduct and participate in presentations

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit and technical drawing standards
• Knowledge of construction processes and code research
