Role Overview

Design Consultants are vital in delivering luxury service by understanding and exceeding client expectations in the RH Gallery. They collaborate with RH Interior Design, fostering relationships and innovating within the luxury and design industry.

Responsibilities

1. Live our Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily.
2. Provide a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service.
3. Qualify and educate clients about RH Interior Design services.
4. Manage all client experience phases from initial contact to product delivery.
5. Build and maintain a strong client base.
6. Achieve fiscal goals.
7. Represent the RH lifestyle brand professionally.
8. Maintain an interest in the luxury and design industry.
9. Support visual and quality standards in the Gallery.

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or luxury retail preferred.
• Background in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred.
• People and relationship-driven.
• Strategic thinking and mental agility.
• Highly organized.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move small to medium items with proper equipment.
• Effective maneuvering around the Gallery, stock room, and office.
• Prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
• Driving license preferred.
• Ability to travel locally or out of state.
