We are seeking a motivated and talented Senior Content Design Specialist who is fluent in Japanese to support our multilingual desktop publishing (DTP) projects.

Location: Anywhere in Europe

Job Overview

Manage the operational aspects of projects and programs, ensuring all work complies with SOPs, policies, and practices.

Essential Functions

1. Create, track, and report on project timelines.
2. Manage project budgets and approve invoices.
3. Produce and distribute status, tracking, and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
4. Prepare and present project updates at meetings.
5. Handle responsibilities for sub-projects or specific components as assigned.
6. Participate in proposal development and sales presentations.
7. Coordinate with project resources within and outside the organization.
8. Contribute to project proposals and RFPs.
9. Ensure work is conducted in compliance with processes, policies, and meets timeline metrics.
10. Serve as a backup contact for Project Managers.
11. Negotiate out-of-scope work.
12. Oversee financial reporting, including tracking deliverables and invoicing.
13. Hold regular meetings with team members to ensure milestones are met.
14. Collaborate with other Project Managers to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to deliver quality results on time.
• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and other relevant software.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
