We are looking for a skilled and passionate Interior Architect with expertise in Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) to join a creative team.

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to create interior layouts, finishes, and FF&E specifications for luxury residential developments.
• Develop and manage FF&E design concepts from inception to final installation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Produce detailed design documentation, including mood boards, material palettes, and FF&E schedules, aligning with the company’s vision of sustainable luxury and craftsmanship.
• Curate and specify top-tier materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment that reflect the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
• Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and manufacturers to ensure the seamless execution of designs.
• Ensure all designs comply with building regulations, sustainability standards, and environmental best practices.
• Stay current with the latest design trends and sustainable innovations, bringing fresh ideas to every project.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, providing clear and compelling explanations for design choices and product selections.

Key Qualifications:

• Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior architecture with a strong focus on FF&E, particularly in high-end residential projects.
• A solid understanding of both contemporary and classic design principles, with a keen eye for detail.
• Expertise in specifying high-quality materials and FF&E, with an emphasis on sustainability and craftsmanship.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects efficiently and effectively.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
