You will lead a team, coordinate with social care, and drive educational improvements, with a commitment to safeguarding and partnership working

Qualifications

• Strong background in education, social care, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving educational initiatives.
• Familiarity with statutory regulations and policies for looked after children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritise looked after children in educational settings.
• Collaborate with schools and partners to ensure high-quality educational provisions.
• Represent the local authority on exclusions, attendance, attainment and Personal Education Plans.
