Job summary

Juro is seeking an interim Finance Leader to own FP&A, deliver monthly forecasts, board and investor reporting, and oversee the 2027 audit. You’ll lead a Financial Controller and an Analyst, stay hands-on on core tasks, and partner with the CEO and Executive team to drive financially informed decisions.

Qualifications

• This candidate has built and owned an FP&A process from scratch.
• They are accounting-literate and can challenge a controller.
• They have supported major corporate transactions or diligence.
• They have partnered with executives and a board.
• They have led a small finance team and remain hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Run and improve the full FP&A process from day one (monthly reforecasts, board packs).
• Support the CEO and exec team on board and investor reporting and strategic finance projects.
• Oversee the 2027 audit and lead the finance team (advising, not running month-end).
• Provide numbers and judgment to guide critical calls for the CEO and Board.
