Job summary

Juro is seeking an interim finance leader to drive FP&A and financial oversight for an 8-month engagement in the UK. You will lead a Financial Controller and an Analyst, reporting to the CEO, with direct interaction with the Board and executives.

Your mandate includes building a robust FP&A process, delivering timely finance insight, and guiding strategic finance projects while preparing for the 2027 audit.

Qualifications

• Own and run the FP&A process from day one, including monthly reforecasts and board packs.
• Able to challenge controllers and partner with execs on financial diligence.
• Experience supporting major corporate transactions or diligence from the finance seat.
• Experience partnering with executives and boards; led a small finance team.
• Hands-on and proactive; comfortable rolling up sleeves to get work done.

Responsibilities

• Run and improve the full FP&A process from day one (monthly reforecast, board packs, monthly exec business reviews).
• Support the CEO and exec team on board and investor reporting and on strategic finance projects.
• Oversee the 2027 audit.
• Lead the finance team (advising, not running, month-end).
