Job summary

Eton Bridge Partners Ltd is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Consultant for a six-month assignment with a leading UK property development group. The role is hybrid, allowing remote work with occasional meetings in their London office, reporting into Finance Leadership.

You will coordinate month-end for key divisions, develop enhanced reporting packs, lead budgeting/forecasting, and oversee a small team of management accountants and analysts.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with experience in large, complex organisations.
• Experience in Management Accounting and FP&A.
• Experience with long-term contracts; Property development/Construction experience is a plus.
• Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate core month-end process for multiple divisions.
• Develop enhanced reporting packs to improve consistency and rigour.
• Lead budgeting/forecasting/planning with support of finance stakeholders.
• Oversee a small team of Management Accountants/Analysts.
