Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is seeking experienced Interim/Turnaround Managers to lead and transform underperforming care homes across the UK on a freelance contractor basis. You will implement 30-90 day service improvement plans, mentor care teams, and drive rapid CQC improvements while maintaining service continuity.

Flexible projects align with your expertise and availability. Required are NMC PIN or NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management, 5+ years as a registered manager in healthcare, and UK

Qualifications

• Registered Manager with a valid NMC PIN or NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management
• Proven success turning around inadequate or underperforming services
• Minimum 5 years as a registered manager in healthcare, preferably in care homes

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive operational diagnostics to identify root causes of underperformance
• Implement immediate stabilising measures for crisis situations
• Develop CQC compliance roadmaps across Key Lines of Enquiry
• Restructure care delivery systems for sustainable quality improvements
• Prepare homes for mock and actual CQC inspections
• Deliver complete handover documentation with improvements
• Stakeholder management throughout each assignment

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is expanding its elite Task Force Team and seeks accomplished Interim/Turnaround Managers to join the team on a freelance contractor basis and help to transform underperforming care homes across the UK's adult care sector with proven experience in the specialisms areas such as - Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Mental Health Conditions, Complex Care, Supported Living, Epilepsy, Dementia, Domiciliary Care, Elderly Care, Residential or Nursing Care, Local Authorities, Eating disorders, Sensory impairments (hearing, sight, multi-sensory), Long-term conditions (such as - neurological, respiratory, amongst others), Physical disabilities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Requirements

• Registered Manager with a valid NMC PIN (with Clinical Experience) or a NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management (with Non-Clinical Experience)
• Proven success in turning around 'Inadequate' or 'Requires Improvement' services
• At least 5 years of recent experience in a registered manager role in the healthcare industry, preferably in a care home setting
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for care homes in the UK
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to rapidly assess, decide and implement effective solutions
• Experience in managing budgets and staffing.
• Access to own vehicle.
• Full UK driving licence
• Enhanced DBS registered with the rolling update system
• Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
