Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is seeking experienced Interim/Turnaround Managers to join as self-employed contractors to transform underperforming care homes across the UK. Roles require leading interventions, implementing 30–90 day service improvements, and mentoring care teams while ensuring continuity of care.

Candidates should have a Registered Manager background (NMC PIN) or NVQ Level 5 Leadership, 5+ years in healthcare management, and a valid UK driving licence with DBS.

Qualifications

• Registered Manager with a valid NMC PIN (with Clinical Experience) or a NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management (with Non-Clinical Experience)
• Proven success turning around 'Inadequate' or 'Requires Improvement' services
• At least 5 years of recent experience in a registered manager role in healthcare, preferably in a care home
• Knowledge of UK care home regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to rapidly assess, decide and implement effective solutions
• Experience in managing budgets and staffing
• Access to own vehicle and full UK driving licence
• Enhanced DBS with rolling updates
• Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive operational diagnostics to identify root causes of underperformance
• Implement immediate stabilising measures for crisis situations
• Develop CQC compliance roadmaps across all Key Lines of Enquiry
• Restructure care delivery systems to ensure sustainable quality improvements
• Prepare homes for mock and actual CQC inspections
• Deliver complete handover documentation with maintained improvements
• Stakeholder management throughout each assignment

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is expanding its elite Task Force Team and seeks accomplished Interim/Turnaround Managers to join the team on a freelance contractor basis and help to transform underperforming care homes across the UK's adult care sector with proven experience in the specialisms areas such as - Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Mental Health Conditions, Complex Care, Supported Living, Epilepsy, Dementia, Domiciliary Care, Elderly Care, Residential or Nursing Care, Local Authorities, Eating disorders, Sensory impairments (hearing, sight, multi-sensory), Long-term conditions (such as - neurological, respiratory, amongst others), Physical disabilities.
