The role focuses on robust funding, liquidity management and covenant compliance across multiple projects.

The candidate will bring deep experience from infrastructure, energy, utilities or telecoms, with a track record in establishing scalable treasury frameworks and managing relationships

Qualifications

• Significant treasury leadership experience in capital-intensive environments.
• Proven ability to establish and scale treasury functions within growing organisations.
• Deep knowledge of project finance, debt facilities and covenant management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a fit-for-purpose treasury operating model aligned to growth.
• Establish policies, controls, governance and reporting for treasury.
• Build systems, procedures and structures for a scaling infrastructure platform.
• Lead funding strategies for major CAPEX programmes.
• Maintain lender, bank and investor relationships and provide strategic funding guidance.
