JSS is seeking an experienced Interim Treasury Manager to establish and lead a Treasury Back-Office function from the ground up. You will embed strong controls, governance and scalable processes to support growth across international treasury activities.

The role focuses on settlements, payments, reconciliations and banking administration, with a leadership remit to build and develop a high-performing team and partner with banking partners to drive efficiency and risk-awareness.

Formación

• Extensive treasury operations experience within an international organisation.
• Experience implementing and developing new control processes for a business.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks and risk management principles.
• Leadership experience with staff training and multi-level influence.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and lead the Treasury Back-Office function with robust processes and governance.
• Ensure timely settlement of treasury transactions, payments, reconciliations and banking admin.
• Maintain a strong controls environment in line with policies and audits.
• Identify and resolve control issues; promote accountability and risk awareness.
• Oversee daily treasury operations; ensure efficient, well-controlled processes.
• Drive continuous improvement via standardisation and automation.
• Support development of treasury policies, procedures and standards.
• Ensure bank mandates and signatories are accurate; governance retained by Group Treasury.
• Promote technology-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Lead, coach and develop the Treasury Back-Office team and foster collaboration.
• Coordinate workflows across locations with strong leadership.
