Job summary

Lucky Saint is seeking an Interim Supply Planner for a 9-month fixed-term contract to oversee end-to-end supply activity with partner breweries, hauliers, packaging suppliers, warehouses and co-packers. You’ll contribute to peak planning for Dry January, drive replenishment and innovation planning, and collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate cost capture.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a supply planning position, familiarity with Excel and ERP, and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years in a Supply Planning role managing SKUs/materials.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and 3rd party sites is preferable.
• FMCG experience is advantageous.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to prioritise in agile environments.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate 13-week replenishment plans for monthly submissions to partner breweries.
• Plan inbound loads with hauliers and manage KPI targets for OTIF and COGS.
• Coordinate planning across copackers, warehouses and packaging components.
• Work with Finance to record supply-related costs and resolve discrepancies.
