• Develop a business case for the Supply Chain Project, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Work with procurement teams to identify stock for bulk purchase to achieve cost savings
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the department, managing stock levels with budget holders and finding cost-effective ways to donate, reuse, or dispose of stock
• Address catalogue management issues, ensuring products are correctly removed or updated
• Support the Director of Procurement in implementing Supplier and Contract Management to enhance supply chain delivery and resilience
