Job summary

Unilever Prestige UK Hub is seeking an Interim Supply Chain Projects Manager for a four‑month fixed-term contract in London. You’ll run day‑to‑day Order to Cash operations across B2B and DTC channels while preparing for a new warehouse opening, then shift toward project delivery from January.

You’ll lead a small team, manage 3PL partners, monitor KPIs, and ensure ERP‑WMS readiness and stock reconciliation. Hybrid working with office days in Southwark is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain, operations or logistics management in FMCG/retail
• Hands-on experience managing 3PL partners and delivering warehouse openings
• ERP-WMS integration experience; NetSuite preferred
• Strong project management skills with governance across stakeholders
• Proactive, hands-on approach with ownership and impact
• Advanced Excel skills for operational data analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Order to Cash operations across B2B and DTC channels through peak periods
• Manage 3PL, transport and carrier partners; resolve order exceptions and inventory issues
• Monitor KPIs (OTIF, SLA, inventory accuracy) and take corrective action
• Support year-end stock count and reconciliations with 3PL and Finance
• Lead warehouse readiness planning including ERP-WMS integration and testing
• Collaborate with Commercial, Planning, Finance and brand teams to maintain service levels
