Job summary

The University of Chichester on Chichester Campus is seeking an Interim Director of Strategy and Strategic Performance to lead the Strategy Delivery Office, translate the university strategy into priorities, and drive coordinated delivery across multiple stakeholders.

You will oversee planning, governance, risk, and performance insight, partnering with the Senior Leadership Team and Board to enable strategic change with clarity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with experience in strategic planning, performance, transformation and PMO within higher education or closely aligned sectors.
• Ability to deliver plans and programmes in a multi-stakeholder environment and manage governance and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Strategy Delivery Office and translate the university strategy into clear priorities and delivery plans.
• Oversee planning, governance, risk, strategic performance insight and transformation activities.
• Support the SLT and Board with high-quality analysis, programme oversight and decision support.
• Deliver change at pace while ensuring clarity, accountability and institutional grip.
