Job summary

Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd is sourcing an Interim Site Engineering Lead/Manager for a heavy process manufacturing site in North Wales. You will lead the engineering and maintenance teams, drive a structured preventative and predictive maintenance strategy, and shape reliability improvements with Lean techniques.

You will report to the Plant Manager, develop standards, manage Capex and asset strategies, and embed TPM, 5S and Kaizen to reduce downtime and lifecycle costs in a 250-strong

Qualifications

• Senior engineering or maintenance leader with heavy process manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary mechanical, electrical and multiskilled teams.
• Proven ability to implement preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Strong Lean, TPM, 5S, Kaizen and data-driven improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across engineering, maintenance and reliability on site.
• Lead and develop Engineering Managers, engineers and technicians.
• Establish engineering standards, processes and performance expectations.
• Drive maintenance strategy from reactive to preventative/predictive.
• Oversee SAP/CMMS use to plan and optimise maintenance.
• Address critical asset risks and lead Capex projects.
