You will report to the Plant Manager and lead the Engineering Managers, engineers and technicians across mechanical, electrical and multiskilled disciplines, implementing preventative and predictive maintenance and Lean

Qualifications

Senior engineering or maintenance leadership experience in heavy process manufacturing.
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, multiskilled).
Proven ability to implement preventative/predictive maintenance strategies.
Familiarity with Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Provide senior leadership across engineering, maintenance and reliability on site.
Lead, coach and develop Engineering Managers, engineers and maintenance staff.
Establish clear engineering standards, processes and performance metrics.
Drive preventative and predictive maintenance initiatives and asset care.
Oversee SAP/CMMS usage to plan, manage and optimise maintenance activity.
Use OEE/MTBF/MTTR data to improve reliability and uptime.
