Job Description:

The opportunity

We are seeking an Interim Service Improvement Team Leader, who will serve as Deputy Product Owner for our core systems programme (CSP).

This leadership role supports transforming our core systems and mobilizing the Case Hub system within Claims.

You will influence work processes and support the Product Owner, Head of Performance and Improvement, and the Claims Directorate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Making key decisions to ensure quality and structure of claims management products within CSP.
  • Identifying and prioritizing system improvements aligned with the Claims Directorate and Claims Evolution Programme (CEP).
  • Leading subject matter experts, coordinating teams, and ensuring smooth transition for Case Hub and related training and documentation.

Candidate requirements:

  • Claims management experience and understanding of NHS Resolutions’ strategic goals.
  • Experience in supervisory, change, or improvement roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of claims processes, user needs, and business objectives to develop suitable systems.
